That's it, you are in Copenhagen, waking up from a good night out in Bakken and all you now need is a good refueling breakfast or brunch to start the day! Here is a selection of the best restaurants we've tried for you in Copenhagen.
Mad & Kaffe
We recommend to order 1/2 avocado w. chilli oil and baked almonds , Tomato Salad m. Mozzarella and basil, Fried chorizo sausages w. BBQ ketchup, Blueberry yogurt w. h. made muesli and berry & Homemade cream cheese w. bread. To drink, the ginger apple orange fresh juice will reboost you in a twist!
Warning there is a queue so make sure you come early (ekkk) or book a table in advance (better)! No matter the weather, you can also sit outside with umbrellas and blankets (quite funny actually!)
Now let's go back to business, what to order. The friendly staff will come bring you the paper menu with a pencil and you will choose between 3, 5 or 7 elements to create your brunch. We advise you go for 5 as you will feel full enough in the end!
As soon as you walk into Sidecar restaurant you will see the massive table in the center, full of delicious cold starters. Avocado on toast, all sorts of cheese, salads, cured meat, different sorts of bread, muesli, pancakes, pastries etc. All you can eat? YES! No I'm not joking, this is heaven on Earth! If you get the menu option of buffet, the cold starters are all you can eat and then they bring to you drinks and hot stuff (sausages, scrambled eggs etc.)
